Narasinga Rao has spent over 15 years in financial services, as a financial consultant, research analyst, speaker, coach and author. He founded Sampadha, the practice Fintecindia’s platforms were first built for.

His aim is to move families and businesses from financial illness to financial wellness, through financial fitness.

Bhanuprakash leads engineering at Fintecindia. As an AI and agent-harness engineer, the craft is everything around the model: the tools an agent can use, the memory it keeps, the checks it must pass and the evaluations that prove it works.

That way of working is how DigiKYC, the Investment Adviser CRM and the Research Analyst CRM were built and shipped: Account Aggregator data flows, Aadhaar eSign, row-level security, and India’s DPDP privacy rules, all held to the standard a SEBI-registered firm needs.

Ankesh Reddy

Tech Manager

UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer

Ankesh is Fintecindia’s Tech Manager. For more than six years he has worked as a UI/UX designer and front-end developer, and he owns the whole journey of a page: the wireframe, the build, the deployment, and the fixes that keep it running after launch.

Much of that work is in finance: a merchant payments website, a financial services website, a fintech company’s site, and the Sampadha group’s own websites. At Sampadha he works directly with the CEO and business analysts, turning business goals into pages people can trust.
