This website is run by Fintecindia, part of the Sampadha group. Fintecindia is being incorporated as a limited liability partnership; its registered name and LLPIN will be added here once they are issued.

What this website collects
No cookies, no analytics and no tracking. This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and has no forms. Our fonts are served from our own website, so your browser does not contact any third party when you visit.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, the pages you request, your browser type and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the website secure and running, not to track you.
When you contact us
If you email, call or WhatsApp us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message.
- We use these details only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
- We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
- WhatsApp is run by Meta. When you message us there, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to that conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you and continue the conversation, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct, complete or update it
- erase it, where we no longer need it or the law allows
- name someone to exercise these rights on your behalf

Our platforms
DigiKYC, the Investment Adviser CRM and the Research Analyst CRM handle client data for the registered firms that use them. Each platform shows its own privacy notice to its users. This notice does not cover them.
